GRIVA VASTI | DEEP OIL THERAPY FOR NECK

Griva Vasti (also known as Greeva Basti) is an ayurvedic deep tissue treatment similar to Kati Vasti. Griva means neck in Sanskrit and Vasti refers to the dam made of wheat flour on the cervical region. Thus Griva Vasti is done by pouring warm herbalized oil on the cervical region. The warm oil is retained in the compartment for a certain time. After removing the compartment and the oil, a light massage is done.
